This week we are learning how to crochet the Blanket Stitch. Join us for our Totally Textured Tuesday series, where you’ll learn a new crochet stitch every week!

BQUEEN COLLECTION #TOTALLYTEXTUREDTUESDAY

Hi again! Makenzie from BQueen Collection sharing another Totally Textured Tuesday Stitch for our 12 week series of textured crochet stitches. Here’s a recap of what we’ve done so far:

Week 1: Single Crochet Back Loop Only (sc BLO)

WEEK 2: Crochet Blanket Stitch

This week I am sharing the crochet Blanket Stitch – a super easy, popular and cozy stitch that is just perfect for a big or small project that might need some dimension instead of a flat fabric. I can see this stitch being very functional as a dishcloth pattern, or of course as the perfect easy and repetitive stitch for a blanket.

We want to see it! If you try any of the stitches with us during the series, tag us @WeCrochetOfficial and @BQueenCollection AND use #totallytexturedtuesday so we can share!

  • rep: repeat

I just discovered your patterns. I love them! I’m going to make 2 baby blanket s for twin boys. I was thinking of doing your basket weave or blanket stitch. Any suggestions?
