Freshly fallen snow on fields with gentle peaks and troughs intimately contouring the landscape inspired this textured infinity scarf. The scarf is the perfect accessory to wrap yourself in when refreshing your soul and mind in the nature sanctuary during winter months.

The scarf is worked flat along the long edge. It begins with a row of foundation Single Crochet and ends with a row of Single Crochet. The six-row repeat of Single Crochet and 3 rows of Half Double Crochet is worked for the width of the scarf.

This generously sized scarf makes a versatile addition to any winter wardrobe and a thoughtful handmade gift. It can be worn long, wrapped multiple times around the neck, or even pulled over the head as a hood.

Worked lengthwise, the scarf features alternating rows of paired single crochet stitches, which create subtle ridges, and treble crochet stitches that give the design a frothy feel. The resulting fabric’s tendency to lean to one side can be corrected by blocking.
